Dave McIntyre

Dave joined the Advanced Basement System's team in early 2025. He brings many years of hands-on construction experience, as well as renovation design and estimating skill. He has resided in the Chatham-Kent area for many years and serves all of southwestern Ontario for Advanced.

You can trust Dave with your basement, crawl space, foundation and insulation needs! 

In his spare time, Dave enjoys cycling, being with family and watching sports. He is a true asset to our team!
