When you call during business hours, you’ll speak directly with a skilled team member, a real person who lives, works and plays in southwestern Ontario.

We’ll arrange an appointment at your convenience. Some of our inspectors even work evenings and weekends, and the inspection and quote are complimentary. All of our inspectors are thoroughly trained in not only our industry-leading products and services; they also have the experience necessary to identify the cause of your problem.

Once your appointment has been set, you’ll receive a package in the mail containing the biography of your inspector, detailing their experience and included their photo so you’ll know who exactly will be at your door come appointment time. We invite you to get to know our Advanced Basement Systems team.

Included in this package is a book related to your unique basement, crawlspace or foundation problem. These books are very detailed, as we feel an educated customer will make the decision that is the best for them.

Your inspector will arrive on time and will be professional in appearance with a respectful disposition.

Our inspections are very thorough, listening to and addressing your concerns. Your inspector will take detailed notes and many photographs. The inspector will help further educate you during the inspection; empowering you to make an educated and confident decision.

Your inspector will systematically review the recommended options for a permanent solution to your basement, crawl space or foundation problem.

Your inspector can explain financing options for your budget, in a pressure-free manner.
