What is this and what does it mean to you as a possible customer of Advanced Basement Systems?

Every month we will announce at our monthly team meeting who has provided superior customer service over the past month. Their name will posted next to the logo on the main board for the month. A small prize is awarded to the employee also.

This helps to motivate employees to keep on their excellent customer service!
