Where is Mike Modde?

This is the face and uniform you'll likely remember if you've had services performed on your waterproofing or sump pump system. Though after an extended period of time away from work due to surgery, we noticed our customers started asking, "where is Mike?" At first, we didn't have an answer; we didn't know if we would see Mike in a Team ABS uniform ever again. Though in the early days of 2014, we made a move that would take our service division to the next level...

A position opened up within the office to run the service division for Advanced. We wondered, who would best fit into the position? At about the same time, Mike called in to notify us he was ready to come back. We weren't sure how his injury away from work would allow him to handle the tools we use on the road every day, so the position of Service Coordinator was offered to Mike. After accepting, he has turned our service division around and hasn't looked back. Not only are his customers happy to hear his voice yet again, but his co-workers are also extremely appreciative of the support and knowledge Mike shares each day.

Mike continues to train existing and new employees on the services and products Advanced offers. Seen here, Mike teaches Service Technician Joel the most efficient way to test a battery back-up sump pump. Mike also assists in warehouse management and logistics.
