Photo Album: Encapsulation and Spray Foam - Appin, ON
This older home in Appin, ON needed some dirt crawl space love! We installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System, along with a SaniDry Sedona Air System, 3" Spray Foam Insulation and DC315 Thermal Barrier paint.
Isolating the home from the earth and the outside air, allows it to be conditioned as a part of the home. No outside air equals easier air to make comfortable, which means less money on heating and cooling.

Our CleanSpace is down and fastened to the walls. Now it's time for insulation!
Done
The Spray Foam Insulation has been installed at 3" thick, and the DC315 has been painted overtop of the foam. With the SaniDry Sedona plugged in and running, this house is good to go.
