Bryan explained my basement problem situation and the need for his recommended solution. He spent a good deal of time during the meeting and reassured my neighbour about the work to be done. He also answered my phone calls when I needed clarification on the work to be done. He even came out on the day the work started to make sure I was comfortable with the entire process. Thanks, Bryan!
Justin Fysh and his crew, Mike and Devin, worked very efficiently. They were friendly and polite and took the time to make my old dog feel comfortable with their presence.
