RIGHT FROM THE INITIAL PHONE CALL I FELT COMFORTABLE. THE OFFICE STAFF, SALES TECHNICIAN AND THE CREW WERE ALL KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE WITH LITTLE DISRUPTION TO THE HOUSEHOLD. tHIS WAS MY MOTHER'S HOME. SHE IS 84 YEARS OLD AND WAS VERY APPREHENSIVE ABOUT HAVING THE WORK COMPLETED.WHEN THE CREW FINISHED UP SHE THANKED THEM AND IS STILL TALKING ABOUT THE GREAT JOB THEY DID.
