I was extremely satisfied with my experience so far with ABS. We are only one week in so time will tell but everything was excellent. However given that you are significantly more expensive than other options I expected nothing less. But to be fair you performed as I hoped. I am very happy. If I was to have one tiny criticism it was that I was not expecting the extremely strong off-gas smell that the basement liner gave off (fungicide) and it was quite alarming. It did dissipate (95%)after 12 hours but if the sales person had just given us a heads up that there would be a very strong smell it would have calmed my fears. There has been quite a bit in the news recently about off-gas from insulation wrecking peoples lives and health so I was quite anxious.
