This basement suffered from a poured concrete foundation that leaked water. Being an older home, this basement is ideal for storage. We installed Waterguard and Thermal Dry Wall to make this a dry and healthy space.

Waterguard Installation

This is Waterguard being installed. The trench for this product compared to drain tile is much smaller and the Waterguard does not sit in the mud. Clean 3/4" stone is used as back fill.

Floor Replacement

This cold cellar had a very weak floor, so we replaced it!

Triple Safe Sump Pump

This is the Triple Safe System. It's the ultimate in sump pump protection!It is topped off with a two-piece lid.

Triple Safe Installed

The Triple Safe is now installed!

Cemented trench

This is the finished product (still drying). The Waterguard is now under the fresh cement. When it dries there will be very little sign that work was ever done, but the basement will be dry!
