We installed a perimeter drain on the leaking walls, as well as a radiant wall barrier. The radiant wall barrier serves two purposes: 1) It helps divert any leaking water into the perimeter drain. 2) Its insulating and heat reflective qualities creates a more comfortable and energy efficient space, bouncing back up to 97% of heat back into the home.
