Album description: The homeowners wanted to utilize this spacious cellar area under a part of their home for extra storage. Recently they had spray foam insulation professionally applied to the exterior walls to help insulate the space, but there were still a few problems:
- The space had a very musty smell and they knew that their stored items would eventually absorb this undesirable smell.
- This musty smell was working its way into the home.
- The knew that the smell was coming from mould or mildew in the space.
- The ground barrier was simply not protecting the area from the ground below. It shifted when walked upon and was not sealed at all.
Our team installed the super heavy duty CleanSpace Vapour Barrier System. Some benefits of this liner include:

To complete the encapsulation process and to further improve the comfort of the home, we sealed the liner with our PolarFoam to the exterior and the interior walls.
