Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Makeover in Harrow, ON

This homeowner was referred to us by a family member and needed some crawl space help! We installed a sump pump system, along with proper vapour barrier with drainage matting below. The vapour barrier was fastened to the foundation walls. The Sani Dry Sedona air system was installed, draining into the sump system. After all that, our spray foam insulation crew sealed the vapour barrier to the foundation wall and sealed all outside air leaks on the walls, up into the headers.

Halfway There

The crew has installed the sump system, drainage matting and the CleanSpace Vapour Barrier. The barrier gets mechanically fastened to the foundation walls prior to spray foam.

Spray Foam

The work is complete! Our spray foam crew has come in and sealed the CleanSpace to the foundation walls, which isolates the home from the earth. The spray foam also stops all outside air leaks, as it goes onto the walls and up into the headers which sit on top of the foundation walls.
