This home hade an assortment of issues stemming from the dirt crawl space. We were hired to come in and install new footing drainage with a sump system, to capture ground water. Encapsulate the dirt floor to isolate the home from the earth, install an sir system to condition and dehumidify the space, and spray foam insulate the walls. We also installed a new exterior access door into the crawl space.

First Step

Debris removal! We need to get the debris out of the crawl space, first.

Halfway There

The floor has been encapsulated and the drainage, sump and dehumidification system (Sani Dry Sedona) have been installed by our crew.

3" Spray Foam on Walls

You can see how the closed-cell spray foam insulation seal the CleanSpace to the foundation wall, and creates and air/vapour barrier up into the headers. This step is vital!
