These Kent County homeowners noticed two walls in the basement of their 1970’s home with horizontal cracks. A slight bow inwards was beginning to form.
These cracks and especially the inward bowing, are signs of big problems to come. The pressure and weight of the surrounding soils will not go away, and left unchecked, the walls would only continue to bow inward, eventually buckling, and the foundation failing completely.
