We have a tight space dirt crawl space in our mud room, it had a water leak when we bought the house, which we have fixed however there is Mold and musty smells and I'm not sure what else needs to be repaired or reinsulated down there. When it rains, we have water coming into the basement in three locations. We just purchased the house last month, and it appears the previous home owners attempted to patch a crack in one of the locations that water is coming in the most.

Our concrete driveway has a crack near a corner edge and the corner is now sinking and slopping away. this corner comes to the garage wall and a stacked flagstone retaining wall. we notice when it rains water will pool there, in the winter it freezes. we would like a cost to have that piece raised. thanks

We bought this old house in the country about 5months ago. We knew the was a "damp" basement but now im concerned with mold and I have a 2year old who I don't want to get sick. The basement is very small and only holds our furnace and hot water tank. I would love if someone could come out and have a look and tell me how much to fix this. Thanks so much.

Your installation crew did connect the system to the wrong plugs but that was corrected with a phone call.

I would have expected your people to give me the option of keeping the old pumps but I am not sure what I would do with them. Overall the service was very good.
