Shawn Bent is a very nice man, we had a little snafu, it was dealt with, no fuss no muss. Very friendly man, nice and personable. If I ever had any other work to be done I would hope that Shawn would be doing the work. I was very impressed with the man. During torrential downpours, our sump pump system cannot keep up with the amount of rain water coming into the pit. We added 2 more submersible pumps attached to 2 garden hoses to help the sump pump, but we still were flooded both times this summer. We are at a loss and looking for advise to help resolve our issue, so we can be worry free, should we be away from home during these events. During a regular steady rain, our pump system seems to perform adequately. Our discharge line pumps out into the ditch in our front yard. We also installed a separate line to the municipal drain in 2012 to the field behind us with a check valve which seemed to help. Our son & daughter in law were happy with their results, so we are hoping for the same. Thank you in advance.
