Looking for some radon solutions, basement is around 300-400 and the main floor is around 150-200 since May. Inquire is for Sump pump seal solutions and other mitigation options (vent). Attached photo of the sump setup since it has a water jet system.

Thanks to Bryan Myers for his inspection of my basement and foundation. The good news was there was nothing wrong with the foundation. The bad news was we discovered my sump pump was not working. Thankfully Bryan was able to have me scheduled for a battery backup sump pump within the week.

Thanks to Joel Desjardins and his assistant for a job well done in installing the sump pump.
