The house in question was partially repaired a few years ago, you may have us on file so you can see what work was done at that time. Since then we have recently had a leak on the north wall which was only partly done at that time. We would like to get an estimate on repairing the north wall so that it could also be drained to the sump pump, or repaired so no water comes in. We will wait to hear from you, Thank you.

I have a narrow diagonal crack (approx 1/16" wide by 7' long) in a poured cement foundation wall, visible from the inside. I have not dug up outside to see what may be visible from there. Water leak is small, but has soaked the insulation and seeped onto basement floor. First discovered in late winter, and has been intermittent since. Looking for recommendations on best way to fix, and of course a quote to do so.

I have water coming into my finished rec room in the basement of my home. It has occurred twice over the past 1.5 weeks. The carpet is wet by the baseboard on the east side of basement. I don't even know. My basement is flooded. The 2 sump pumps I have don't seem to be able to keep up with it... I just bought a big fancy pump with a back up system, but my basement still flooded last night. I think it's coming in through the walls, there is so much water. I think I need to have my foundation dug up, and sealed

Your installation crew did connect the system to the wrong plugs but that was corrected with a phone call.

I would have expected your people to give me the option of keeping the old pumps but I am not sure what I would do with them. Overall the service was very good.

Was very pleased with the crew that came out. They informed us at every turn and the clean up was amazing. They were very good with informing the plumber as to what and when he could come back to finish his job and answered all of his questions. The company that you had to insulate the crawl space was very good as well he answered all of our questions as well. Again the crew that was here was very good and worked very hard to complete the job a quickly and as efficiently as possible it was just to bad that we were booked for the coldest day of the year so far. Thank you again job well done

With the bad rain storm we had over 6" of rain and we found a crack in our foundation wall that leaked and caused a lot of water to get into our basement and cause damage so we need to get an estimate on a foundation crack repair
