As a homeowner, I found the pricing high.... especially in our case where we weren't expecting this kind of work needing to be done... it is quite a kick in the teeth. I appreciate the consideration Martin gave us on the pricing, yet still high considering length of work, number of workers and materials.

As a satisfied customer, I can appreciate the costing factors as the crew work VERY hard, the job is difficult and the situation (crawl space) is unforgiving. Couple that with the lifetime warranty, and I can accept the price.
