We are having some serious issues with our basement. When we bought the house in 2018 we signed papers stating we were purchasing in as in condition. The previous owners were not 100% truthful in how bad the basement drainage was. We ended up replacing the entire septic and weeping bed in 2020. We still have very large quantities of water coming in, and have since stripped the entire furnished basement to nothing. We need to figure out what is going on and how to fix it but have absolutely no idea where to start.

I have a wrap around covered porch and the 6x6 pressure treated posts are rotting at the ground. I was thinking of screwing a pile beside each existing post to reinforce the porch. There are 24 posts. Also looking to install a new deck addition maybe on piles? Do you have a price per pile installed? Third project I am looking to make a garage addition. Is this a feasible option for building foundations? Can you still pour a cement floor?
