We have an older home and a wet basement that I am tired of having to deal with. When we get rain or the snow melts the house gets smelly from the wet basement. we do have a dehumidifier that can't keep up.

Our current home is made of stone and approximately 170 years old. It seems to be in decent condition, but I am interested in a professional opinion regarding specifically the structural integrity. A cement support was added to the south wall, and the story is that this was installed not too long after the house was built. There are a few new cracks in the plaster and the floors seem to be sloping towards the middle of the house. The basement (aka the dungeon) has a brick floor, mostly covered in dirt now, low ceilings, and only a portion of it has been dug out. We have just moved in and would like to make improvements. Not sure where to start.

Very professional, informative and excellent attention to detail. The salesman came out to assess the situation and provided a full analysis and quote in writing. We set up a date for the repair. The repair guys came out (at the exact time quoted) fixed the cracked, showed me a few possible trouble spots to keep an eye on and they even fixed one of those trouble spots at no charge! This service was very positive, the work was professionally completed and the team was very polite - easy to see they strive to have the best customer service. Will definitely recommend!

Work was completed on April 5/13 The backhoe and trailer are still in front of my house. April 8/13 at 6:00pm. Sewer pipe was not buried completely in crawl space. Large clay/dirt pile on either side of trench. Job took too long. More workers necessary.

I had my basement done on Wed., Nov 28/13 which turned out to be one of the worst days for snow. it was cold, started snowing and the wind made visibility impossible. Kevin and his crew kept working away carrying pails of cement outside and mixing cement up outside, while still being so cheerfull and friendly. They had the work done in no time at all.
