The homeowner recently moved into a small bungalow that had signs of mold and mildew through out. After researching ways to improve he decided to call a waterproofing company to get ideas for improvement.
A google search reveled Advanced Basement Systems was the highest rated company in his area. The call was made and an appointment was booked to meet his schedule.
The inspector completed his assessment and provided a complete plan to fix his issues all within the allotted time of the appointment.
Initially, the homeowner was only going with spray foam on the walls and headers to help seal in the space. He was going to try and cover the floor with his own plastic sheeting. The inspector had samples of Cleanspace that provided comparison of the materials to help him decide a full job was in order.
