Hi there I live in an old home and over the last few years I've started getting seepage through the floor in my finished basement and I am in need of sump pump installed ASAP. Would like to get a few quotes together if possible.

Work was completed on April 5/13 The backhoe and trailer are still in front of my house. April 8/13 at 6:00pm. Sewer pipe was not buried completely in crawl space. Large clay/dirt pile on either side of trench. Job took too long. More workers necessary.

Justin Fysh, the foreman, was so friendly and answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had with great patience. Our children were quite excited about the process and he was awesome with them as well ( He even had to deal with my Father who popped by to see the process...as I said he has a lot of patience to deal with all of us:) He was amazingly well organized and the job site was left immaculate. Basement System Improvement of an older home in St Mary's, ON

The home was built with an older style brick/stone foundation wall. Constant water seepage was the main issue along with sump pump design and drainage.

The proposal used a water guard water proofing along the brick wall with clean out ports and a new sump pump system. To further improve the system and new exterior discharge line was added complete with the ice guard system to prevent freeze blockage during winter.

A Sedona dehumidifier was the final piece added to keep the basement dry and help reduce remove mold from the existing situation.
