Application Process
Our approach here involves installing spray foam under the roof surface, right down to where the ceiling and exterior walls meet. This eliminates roof venting and creates what is called a hot roof, where the attic space becomes part of the conditioned (heated and cooled) house/garage space. This process may be suitable for some buildings. Remember to only use a certified spray foam contractor, such as Advanced Basement Systems, who is familiar with this process!
