Before
You can see the ceiling joists have pink fiberglass insulation- not ideal. The roof deck has mould all over the wood. This is actually very common to see!

Before
More of all the things we don't want to see in our attic.

Before- Crawl Space
There is a poly barrier over the dirt, which has mostly turned to dust! Poly is not meant to sit on dirt- it will rip, breakdown and render itself useless very quickly.

After - Crawl Space
We've installed our CleanSpace barrier with drainage matting over the dirt floor. Our spray foam team have sealed the CleanSpace to the foundation wall, and applied DC315 (thermal/ignition barrier) to the foam. The far wall is only partially sprayed because it is not an exterior walls, but we still need to create that airtight seal between the wall and the CleanSpace

No More Mould!
Wow. Our Mold-X2 product has removed all the mould off the roof deck (what the shingles are on). The lumber looks brand new.

Mid-Way
We've spray foamed the ceiling joists, per the explanation in the album description. The final step is to install new cellulose (blown-in) insulation.

After
Here is the new cellulose installed at about 16"
