From the moment I called I was happy. The lady who answered the phone was my very first impression of the business. She was polite and very professional!
Again the lady was quick to set up an appt with Mike modde. She asked revelant questions and was very professional.
Mike modde met with us, was very easy to talk with. Did not try to push sale- which is very nice! He is knowledgable in his field and seems like an asset to the company!!
Joel Desjardins was very professional. He was easy to talk with and very personable. He had help from a crew member- Jeff W. Who was also very polite and professional.
There was no mess, dust or debris left we they completed their work.
What made you choose our company:
We were more interested in the radon mitigation but had other work done as well- new sump and crack repair. Mike modde was very professional and took time to explain all our options. The service / work crew were awesome- Joel Desjardins and Jeff W work well together and are very professional. Overall easy to talk with and hard workers. I have already recommended you guys to family and friends!
