Very pleased with the company. Follow-up phone calls, appointments etc. were timely. I felt they valued my business and conducted business very professionally.

I'm assuming the call representative is phone communication....and it was great.

My sales person Bryan was excellent. He was able to explain the product, its quality and he was easy to talk to. I didn't feel any pressure to buy. The product sold itself.

The crew were great. They were friendly, respectful of my home and worked quickly. They knew what they were doing!

There is always dust that settles a day later, but they cleaned up very well after themselves and even washed my floors. Considering the mess I witnessed during the installation process, I surprised how clean it looked at the end. There was an unforeseen mishap that occurred when one of the crew was carrying a bucket of cement chunks & wet dirt. The strap on the bucket broke as he was carrying it up the stairs & it tumbled to the bottom putting some holes in the wall below. The company has scheduled a date already for a man to come and repair the damage & paint for the wall. This is something even they couldn't plan for! The drop cloths on my carpeted stairs totally protected the rug beneath. I was surprised and pleased.
