Our Overall Service
The personnel were excellent, but there are some concerns with the finished product.

Sales Process
Perhaps he promised better results than weee possible (I.e., totally flush with existing concrete).
Our Installation Crew
The guys were very nice and personable, but they were not able to lift the concrete to the level promised. Also, we were not given the choice of caulking colour until after the caulking was already started. This probably should have been brought up and discussed with the salesperson beforehand.
The Cleanup Process
The clean up was good but we don't like the drill hole patches.
